Although a new company based in Turkey, Clover Builders Ltd (Turkey) employs English/Turkish personnel with the knowledge and experience to bring new standards to building practices in the area.  With many years valuable local knowledge of the property market and development in Turkey, together with a high level of control and supervision during the design and construction stages ensures our building projects are completed to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.

Together with these skills and the use of first quality materials throughout the building process we ensure that all our villas and properties are built to exacting ‘European Standards’.  All properties are built following best practice and conform to BS 1192 (Complete Building process) and BS 8110 (Concrete) which enables us to give a 20 year structural guarantee giving peace of mind and confidence to property buyers.

Turkey enjoys relatively mild winters however there are times during the winter months when cold damp weather persists, our  properties are not just ‘Summer Homes’ and are designed and constructed for ‘Year Round Living’ and we ensure that full insulation against damp, cold and hot weather conditions are included in all properties as standard.

Our first project ‘Forest Villas’ in Uzumlu has now been completed and villas are now for sale and available for inspection.
